Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the script files with third parties. Any attempt to “leak” or distribute our content will result in immediate prohibition.

Encryption: Some of our scripts may be protected by the Tebex Escrow System. You acknowledge that you must have a valid Keymaster account to use these products.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Once a script has been assigned to your account or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to ensure your server meets the technical requirements (e.g., specific framework versions like ESX or QBCore) listed on the product page.

If you experience technical issues, you must contact our support team via our official channels (Discord) before initiating any dispute.

4. Support
We provide support exclusively for our scripts to ensure they function as described.

Support is provided through our official Discord Server or the contact method specified on our website.

We do not provide support for third-party scripts, custom server environments, or issues caused by user-made modifications to our code.

5. Disclaimer of Liability
Bit-Scripts is not responsible for any damage to your server, database, or community resulting from the use or misuse of our scripts. Our products are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Use of Trademarks
"FiveM", "Grand Theft Auto", and "Rockstar Games" are trademarks of their respective owners. Bit-Scripts is not affiliated with nor endorsed by Rockstar Games or FiveM.

7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any script, or change prices at any time without prior notice. However, previously purchased licenses will remain valid as per the terms at the time of purchase.
